Only 4.5 today @ 7:45, the weather kept getting worse as I was running so I cut it short for my safety. After, I did rehabilitation exercises, a light weightroom and light abs. Legs are extremely sore from maxing out yesterday.
In other news, I’m pretty sure I did 8+ hours of HW. Goooo finals!
5 miles @ 7:13. We FMS tested, then did a max squat text in weightroom; I squatted 140. Impressive considering I did 90 squats earlier in the day, ran, and then FMS tested.
Probably the only things that I’ll be posting on here for a while. Sorry guys, I’ll be on here sporadically.
Started off the season right with a 5:14 full mile - the race went out really slow, and I had the lead for the last 150 meters when these two girls sandbagged me. They finished really hard, and I ended up coming in 3rd. Our team placed 2nd overall too!!
But for reals, after my week off starting Wednesday I’m going to seriously update this with my running posts everyday.
For now, we have our first indoor meet tomorrow; I’m running the mile and anchoring the 4x8 - I’m super pumped for them both!! Wish me some luck :**

So I’ve pretty much gotten back to being healthy, my times are starting to droo (finallyyyyy) and I finished my race today not feeling as dead as I was all meets previous. Two more weeks of hard work then conferences!!!!
The one thing about running is I love it to death but I end up eating all the food in one week
all of it.
